Ok all us guys want those bigger biceps,lets face it ,when a girl ask s you to show her your muscle ,she more than likley wants to see you flex your bicep.

Big muscular arms are pretty impressive to the average person.And almost every guy starts off trying to build his arms to impress the girls.(go ahead guys and try to deny it but you know its true!)

I am going to be honest with you,if you truly want bigger biceps you need to work your back and triceps,You see the tricep muscles make up 2 thirds of your arm size.And if you build your back up you arms will definately grow.

Trust me I wasted a lot of time with barbell curls,concentration curls and those other bicep routines.
But my arms finmally started to really grow when Istarted to do heavy deadlifts and wide grips chins on a regular basis.So if you want bigger biceps,chins,barbell rows a, and dead lifts are the way to to build big muscular arms!
