<p>So if you restrick the amount of food you eat(and that includes a huge reduction of protien intake) for about 5 days your body willbeleive it is starving,so your hormonal output will increase(but you must continue to work out ard and heavy)</p>
<p>then on the 6th switch up and eat a great deal of calories especially protein and complexe carbs and your body will suck all this extra nutrients right up and your  muscles will fill  up and pums will feel great!keep eating mega amounts of food fort about 3 days then go back to more normal amounts of food.</p>

<p>So today lets figure out how to get over that bordom hurdle.The best way to keep from getting bored is to challenge yourself ot new lifts and try new  routines.Always try to better your last lifts,if you did a bench press for 10 reps last week,see if you can get 11 reps this week,or better yet see if you increaser the weight by 5 pounds(230lbs) and try for ten reps.If you have a work out partner try to challenge each other by making it a friendly contest  as to can increase thier lift by the greatest amount of weight or reps.</p>
<p> If I feel completely bored with my workouts I  will sometimes do something crazy like trying to see what weight I can rep with 50 or times.I do not recomend this all the time ,it is just a method for shaking things up a bit.So if your bodybuilding is getting boreing ,don&#8217;t be afraid to try something different and new.</p>

I  am up very early in  the morning so I get to see all those paid programming infomercials.Things like like shake weights to build huge muscles fast, new fangled arobic thing a ma bobs  to get lean and trim fast.Racks to help you <strong>add muscle fast</strong> drink concoctions, pills to make you young , all sorts of things ,but finally one thing went over the line for me. </p>
<p>It was this thing you put on to make you look instantly trimmer(also claims to help you lose water weight).Now I hate to say it but this really ticked me off.I mean this was basically just some sort of new fangled girdle that squeezes you tight to make you look  thinner, but all the fat is still there,what the heck good is that?And as far as loseing water weight, that is no help iether.It comes right back in a day or so when you rehydrate yourself.</p>
<p> I mean sooner or later you are going to have to take it off,and what happens when you  have finally have to be shirtless or god for bid naked in front of someone and they discover you have been perpetrating a fraud ,and your no where near as lean and trim as you looked in with your clothes on.I mean  do people just want to trick others into thinking they and trim and in shape or do people want to be really be in shape with leass fat and more muscle?</p>
<p> It really gets my goat that people would want to do this than work out and build muscle muscle and trim off the fat.</p>
