There is a nifty little trick in adding muscle and weight by manipulating what you eat and how many calories you take in. Did you know when your body goes into a starvation mode your body actually increases the amount of testosterone and growth hormone it puts out. So if you restrick the amount of food you eat(and that includes a huge reduction of protien intake) for about 5 days your body will beleive it is starving,so your hormonal output will increase(but you must continue to work out ard and heavy) then on the 6th switch up and eat a great deal of calories especially protein and complexe carbs and your body will suck all this extra nutrients right up and your muscles will fill up and pumps will feel great! keep eating mega amounts of food fort about 3 days then go back to more normal amounts of food. try this about once a month and your almost garenteed to increase in weight and muscle mass!
